The Hamas movement in Gaza called on Palestinians to attack Israeli occupation forces in Al-Quds after the sacred site of Noble Sanctuary was closed following a deadly assault there.
Hamas described the closure of the site in a statement Saturday as a “religious war” and Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum called on the Palestinian “uprising” to target the Israeli army and West Bank settlers.
The Zionist entity made the move after three Palestinians opened fire there Friday, killing two Israeli soldiers before being shot dead.
Hamas has staged a rally celebrating the attack.
