The General Command of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued a blistering declaration, vowing that retribution for the blood of martyrs slain in conflict with the American-Zionist enemy is an “inevitable and legitimate” demand that will never be abandoned.
The statement, released amid a massive outpouring of public grief following the funeral of the Leader Imam sayyed Ali Khamenei, escalates the regime’s confrontational rhetoric against Washington and Tel Aviv. It explicitly warns that justice must be fully served, asserting that criminals, especially the child-killing American army, will receive the response they deserve.
The IRGC emphasized that this pledge remains indelibly etched in the historical memory of the Islamic nation and the broader Resistance Front, vowing that the fight for accountability “will not be erased” until full justice is achieved.
Mass Funeral Turnout Fuels Defiance
Acknowledging the enormous crowds that turned out to honor the fallen leader, the IRGC’s General Command praised the public’s participation as a profound display of national unity. In its message, the command framed the slain commander’s sacrifice as a transformative force for the region.
“The pure blood of the martyred leader of the nation has become a flowing spring of vigilance, pride, strength, and unity for the Islamic nation,” the statement read. It added that the spectacle of collective mourning would only harden the will of free peoples to continue along “this enlightened path,” while simultaneously accelerating the enemies’ slide toward “defeat, isolation, and regret.”
Direct Warning to Washington and ‘All Enemies’
The Revolutionary Guard’s message took direct aim at the United States, cautioning that the “criminal leaders” in Washington—along with all adversaries of the Islamic Revolution and the Resistance Front must recognize the futility of their tactics.
According to the IRGC, the treacherous assassination of this “divine leader” will ultimately backfire. The command insisted that such operations will never succeed in extinguishing the “light of God,” weakening the resolve of the faithful, or bringing down the “banner of resistance.”
The declaration underscores the IRGC’s unwavering posture as regional tensions remain high, reinforcing Tehran’s commitment to reprisal while framing the ongoing conflict with the US and ‘Israel’ as an existential, ideological struggle that transcends conventional military calculations.
