Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf commented on recent developments, saying, “We have never sought war, and our people will never surrender to injustice.” He added that Tehran is prepared to defend itself if the Americans renege on the agreement.
Ghalibaf, who is Iran’s Top Negotiator, stated, “In my opinion, only those prepared for war can negotiate with the United States.”
He pointed out that before the last war, the United States, the Zionist entity, and NATO believed they could force Iran to surrender in just a few days, but they quickly realized they would not achieve their objectives.
