Lebanon is currently experiencing a strong storm accompanied by polar winds and heavy rainfall, with snowfall expected at elevations above 1000 meters. The storm’s impact will intensify until Wednesday afternoon before gradually subsiding.

Coastal areas: 8-14°C
Bekaa region: 0-10°C
1000 meters elevation: 2-8°C

Weather Conditions:

Strong southwestern winds, particularly in northern and mountainous regions, with speeds reaching 30-75 km/h have been recored.
Heavy rainfall has caused flooding in Akkar, affecting agricultural lands and homes
Snowfall has begun in the Bekaa region at elevations above 1200 meters, with warnings of ice formation.
