Israeli occupation forces targeted the southern countryside of Quneitra on Thursday with artillery shelling, Syria’s state media reported.
The occupation forces fired three artillery shells at the area surrounding Tal al-Ahmar Al-Sharqi in the southern countryside of Quneitra, causing no casualties, according to SANA news agency.

Last Sunday, Israeli occupation forces also shelled agricultural land near the village of Taranja in the northern countryside of Quneitra with four artillery shells.
For months, southern Syria has witnessed recurring Israeli incursions and attacks, including raids, searches, arrests and the establishment of military checkpoints.
The attacks intensified following the fall of Bashar Al-Assad’s regime in December 2024, after the Israeli regime declared the collapse of the 1974 disengagement agreement and seized control of the Syrian buffer zone.
