According to a Tasnim correspondent on Kharg Island, a small Iranian oil tanker was targeted by a US military missile attack six nautical miles from the island on Saturday morning.
The tanker, which was in the anchorage area off Kharg Island, was hit by four projectiles fired by US forces.
Local sources said, fortunately, the incident caused no casualties and that the tanker’s crew members were in the process of evacuating the vessel.
