‘Israel’ launched a renewed wave of wide-scale airstrikes across southern Lebanon early Monday, hitting residential areas and towns across the Nabatieh region.

In Deir Al-Zahrani, Israeli occupation army struck a residential building just minutes after relasing an evacuation threat.

Israeli warplanes, meanwhile, carried out a series of airstrikes on Kfar Rumman, Arab Salim and Nabatieh Al-Fawqa, while an Israeli drone targeted an ambulance belonging to the Al-Risala Association, according to Al-Manar correspondent.

Several injuries were reported in Kfar Rumman.

The aerial attacks were accompanied by heavy Israeli artillery shelling targeting the outskirts of Nabatieh, Kfar Rumman, Jabal Al-Rafie and Al-Dabsha height, our correspondent reported.

The renewed assault follows a series of Israeli attacks on the Nabatieh region, including an airstrike on the city on Sunday evening that left Al-Manar TV reporter Ali Shbeib with minor injuries.

The latest attacks come amid a broader intensification of Israeli military aggression across southern Lebanon, especially in Nabatieh region, with residential areas and civilian infrastructure repeatedly coming under fire.
