Martyrs as Israeli Enemy Escalates Ceasefire Violations with Deadly Drone Strikes

Two Lebanese civilians were martyred on Wednesday as the Israeli enemy escalated attacks on south Lebanon with deadly drones strikes.

Al-Manar reported a drone strike targeted a vehicle in the southern Lebanese area of Al-Musaileh early on Wednesday.

The Lebanese Health Ministry announced that the strike in Deir Al-Zahrani killed a citizen.

Local media identified the martyr as Mohammad Baqer Awada, adding that his vehicle was struck shortly after he left his house in the area.

Later on Wednesday, another strike targeted a Rapid vehicle in the road linking Al-Bazouriyeh and Burj Al-Shamali.

The Lebanese Health Ministry announced that a civilian was martyred in the strike. Local media identified the martyr as Abu Ali Salameh, from the soutehrn village of Yanouh.

The attacks on Wednesday, followed multiple attacks on southern Lebanese border communities on Tuesday, when enemy forces infiltrated the area, planted explosive devices intended to destroy homes, and carried out drone strikes.

The Israeli enemy continues to bomb Lebanon, mainly the country’s south, almost daily and maintains occupation over five posts along the southern border, in violation of a ceasefire deal reached following the 2024 Israeli war.

At least 435 people have been martyred by Israeli attacks since November 2024, according to toll released by Lebanon’s Health Ministry and updated by Al-Manar.

Enemy forces also stage infiltrations into Lebanese territory on daily bases, blowing up houses in the border towns.
