Lebanese Martyred by Israeli War Remnants as Enemy Steps Up Attacks on Southern Lebanon

Lebanese citiens martyred, fire broke in the southern Lebanese town of Froun after Israeli war remnants exploded in the area (October 11, 2026).

A Lebanese citizen was martyred by Israeli war remnants as Israeli occupation forces escalated their attacks across southern Lebanon from midnight Saturday into Sunday.

Al-Manar reporters across southern Lebanon reported that Israeli occupation army carried out airstrikes, artillery shelling and machine-gun fire while moving military vehicles through several towns.

Hussein Ali Ramadan, was martyred after Israeli war remnants exploded while he was picking up olives in his hometown of Froun, our correspondent reported.

Fire broke out in the area after the suspicious object exploded.

Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes launched two airstrikes on Al-Mansouri and separate strikes on Tallousa and Kfar Tebnit.

Meanwhile, Israeli artillery shelling targeted Slouqi, Hujair and Zibqin valleys, the outskirts of Shaqra, Houla and Qantara and Mansouri, as well as the outskirts of Zawtar Al-Sharqiya near Mayfadoun, according to Al-Manar reporters.

An Israeli demolition operation was also reported in Byout Al-Seyyad.

Israeli occupation forces directed machine-gun fire toward Barashit, Zawtar Al-Sharqiya, Beit Yahoun and Hadatha, as well as the area between Wadi Halta and the outskirts of Kfarshouba.

The gunfire near Kfarshouba coincided with residents harvesting olives in the area, placing civilians pursuing seasonal agricultural work in risk amid the ongoing Israeli attacks.

Israeli military vehicles also moved through Beit Yahoun, accompanied by machine-gun fire, while additional vehicle movements were reported in Kfar Tebnit. In Hadatha, Israeli vehicles moved through the town amid further machine-gun fire.

The latest attacks come amid persistent Israeli violations across southern Lebanon, involving airstrikes, artillery shelling, gunfire and military movements in Lebanese territory on daily basis despite a ceasefire agreement.
