Southern Lebanon witnessed a series of Israeli attacks during the night and at dawn on Friday, ranging from airstrikes and drone targetings to detonations and sound bombs, affecting a number of southern towns and regions.
Three Israeli airstrikes were recorded on the town of Al-Mansouri during the night, in addition to a strike targeting the outskirts of the town of Barachit in southern Lebanon. Both Al-Mansouri and Barachit had previously been subjected to earlier Israeli raids and bombardment as part of the ongoing aggression in the region.
In Kfar Tebnit, an Israeli drone targeted the town’s roundabout with an airstrike.
Israeli warplanes also launched an airstrike targeting Wadi al-Hujair in southern Lebanon.
In the context of the attacks, Israeli forces carried out a detonation in the town of Aitaroun, while an Israeli drone dropped a sound bomb in the vicinity of the town of Kfar Shouba.
These attacks come at a time when southern Lebanon is witnessing continuous escalation, with repeated airstrikes, artillery shelling, drone targeting of southern areas, detonations, and sweeping operations.
