Yemeni Armed Forces Spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Saree on Tuesday categorically denied reports of military operations targeting Saudi territory, dismissing claims that Yemen had launched an attack on Mecca as “a blatant lie.”
In a statement, Brig. Gen. Saree stressed that Yemeni forces had conducted no operations toward Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, accusing Riyadh of fabricating incidents and distorting facts amid battlefield setbacks.
“The defeats inflicted on the Saudi enemy by our armed forces have plunged it into confusion and disarray, prompting it to fabricate incidents and concoct false narratives,” he said in a statement.

Brig. Gen. specifically rejected Saudi claims that Yemeni forces had targeted the holy city of Mecca, describing them as “a blatant lie and an allegation Riyadh repeatedly revives whenever it faces military setbacks.”
Saree further said that these defeats had driven Saudi Arabia to seek the Israeli enemy’s intervention against the Yemeni people, whom he praised as steadfast and faithful.
The Yemeni spokesman’s statement came in response to allegations concerning an alleged attack on Saudi territory, which he firmly denied.
