In the context of the periodic meetings agreed upon by the two sides, the head of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc, MP Mohammad Raad, received Saturday the First Advisor to His Excellency the President of the Republic, Brigadier General Andre Rahal.
The two men discussed and exchanged views on the latest developments in the local situation on various political and field levels.
On February 4, MP Raad visited Baabda Palace and met with President Joseph Aoun to discuss the various attitudes towards the thorny issues. After the meeting, Hezbollah’s Chief Lawmaker affirmed that the meetings between the two sides would continue.
