Hezbollah’s Operation Eaten Straw: Israeli Gatherings Under Fire (Video)

After 18 months of Israeli air dominance and claims that Hezbollah had been dismantled south of the Litani River, advancing enemy forces encountered a different reality on the ground. Hezbollah resistance fighters have surfaced in a series of fierce engagements, confronting Israeli attempts to advance and launching rocket strikes on targets across the Zionist entity.

The Lebanese resistance group’s fighters on Monday have heroically repelled Israeli attempts to advance across the southern Lebanese border, targeting the enemy gatherings with rocket weapons, as part of Hezbollah’s Operation Eaten Straw.

In statements on Monday, Hezbollah’s Military Media announced a series of operations carried out by the Islamic Resistance fighters “in defense of Lebanon and its people.”

At 01:15 on Monday, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers at the Calf Hill site, north of the Kfar Yuval settlement, with a rocket salvo, the first statement read.

At 23:30 on Sunday, an Israeli enemy army vehicle and soldiers gathered in Jdeidet Meiss El Jabal with artillery shells, the second statement on Monday announced.

At 00:40 on Monday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the newly established site in Jabal Al-Bat in the border town of Aytaroun with artillery shells, according to the third statement.

Later at 02:35 on Monday, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers at the Calf Hill site north of the Kfar Yuval settlement for the second time with a rocket salvo, the fourth statement read.

The fourth strike on Monday coincided with the fifth one. At 02:35, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers at the Hounin Gate opposite the town of Markaba with a rocket salvo, the fifth statement read.

Meanwhile on Monday, Hezbollah’s Military Media released a video showing how a guided missile fired by Islamic Resistance fighters targeted an Israeli Merkava at the eastern outskirts of Markaba Lebanese border town. The operation was dated on March 8.

A summary of Sunday’s operations released by Hezbollah’s Military Media pointed to 25 strikes, 13 of them were carried out against targets in the occupied Palestinian territories while the 12 others were carried against Israeli gatherings in the Lebanese territories.
