Hezbollah resistance fighters are hunting down Israeli soldiers and tanks, after the Israeli enemy announced a ground operation in south Lebanon.
Al-Manar correspondent in south Lebanon, reported that the Islamic Resistance fighters have destroyed at least 21 Israeli Merkavas since the start of the Israeli aggression on Lebanon on March 2.

Along with targeting the Israeli tanks, the Hezbollah resistance group have staged several operations targeting Israeli gatherings in the border area between Lebanon and occupied Palestine.
In a series of statements, Hezbollah Military Media announced on Tuesday several operations against the invading Israeli forces “in defense of Lebanon and its people.”
At 00:45 on Tuesday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers in Jdeidet Meiss Al-Jabal with a rocket salvo, the first statement read.
At the same time (at 00:45), the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers south of the border town of Maroun Al-Ras with a rocket salvo, according to the second statement.
Later at 01:45 on Tuesday, Hezbollah’s Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a Merkava tank in the Taybeh project with a guided missile, the third statement read.
“The enemy hastily evacuated its casualties under the cover of dense smoke, prompting fighters to respond with sustained artillery fire and a salvo of rockets,” added the third statement.
Another Israeli Merkava was targeted later at 02:00 in the same area with a guided missile, raising the number of destroyed Markavas to 5 since last night, the fourth statement read.
At 00:30 on Tuesday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers at the Al-Assi site opposite the town of Mays Al-Jabal with a rocket salvo, according to the fifth statement.
At 01:45, the Islamic Resistance fighters fired a salvo of rockets at a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers in the Hamames hill south of the city of Khiam, according to the sixth statement.
Later at 03:00 on Tuesday, Hezbollah’s Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers in the settlement of Misgav Am with a rocket salvo, the seventh statement announced.
The Islamic Resistance fighters then, at 07:15, targeted Israeli enemy soldiers’ position inside a tent in the border town of Maroun Al-Ras with a kamikaze drone, the eighth statement read.
Later on Tuesday, at 13:00, Hezbollah’s Islamic Resistance fighters fired a barrage of rockets, targeting an Israeli gathering near Khiam Municipality HQ, according to the ninth statement.
As part of the warning that the Islamic resistance sent to the occupied Nahariya settlement in the north of occupied Palestine, the Mujahideen of the Islamic resistance targeted it at 08:30 on Tuesday 17/03/2026 with a missile salvo, according to the tenth statement.
According to the eleventh statement, at 05:30 on Tuesday, 17/03/2026, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy soldiers in Khirbet al-Manara, off the border town of Houla, with a rocket barrage.
At 15:45 on Tuesday 17/03/2026, the fighters of the Islamic Resistance targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy soldiers and vehicles in Mount Warda in the border town of Markaba with artillery shells, according to statement 12.
Statements 13-27 were issued as part of Operation Khaibar 1.
At 2:00 AM on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a Merkava tank and a D9 bulldozer in the Taybeh project with direct fire, achieving confirmed hits. This brings the number of targeted military vehicles to 7 since last night, according to statement 28.
At 23:30 on Tuesday, 17/03/2026, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army vehicles in the Al-Khazzan hill in the border town of Al-Adaisseh with rocket barrages, according to statement 29.
At 23:30 on Tuesday, 17/03/2026, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers near the settlement of Misgav Am with a drone strike, according to statement 30.
At 07:15 on Tuesday, 17/03/2026, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers south of the border town of Maroun Al-Ras with an attack drone, according to statement 31.
At 21:20 on Tuesday, 17/03/2026, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers in the border town of Jdeidet Mays al-Jabal with a rocket barrage, according to statement 32.
At 21:45 on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy soldiers in Aqabat Rab Thalathin on the Lebanese-Palestinian border with a rocket barrage, according to statement 33.
At 21:45 on Tuesday, 17/03/2026, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers in the Taybeh project with artillery shells, according to statement 34.
At 23:00 on Tuesday, 17/03/2026, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers in the Taybeh project area for the second time with a rocket barrage, according to statement 35.
At 21:20 on Tuesday, 17/03/2026, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers at the Marj site off the border town of Markaba with a rocket barrage, according to statement 36.
Meanwhile on Tuesday, the resistance group’s Military Media released a video showing a missile strike on Palmachim Airbase, south of Tel Aviv. The strike which took place earlier this month, employed a quality missile, according to the video which also included coordinates of the airbase, as well as scenes of the missile launch.
