Operation Eaten Straw: Hezbollah Demonstrates Advanced Firepower, Tactical Precision

Hezbollah’s Islamic Resistance in Lebanon unleashed on Sunday a relentless and meticulously coordinated wave of strikes across the occupied territories under “Operation Eaten Straw,” demonstrating unprecedented precision and operational intensity.

Using advanced missiles and squadrons of combat drones, the attacks systematically targeted Israeli military sites, strategic installations, and troop gatherings, delivering immediate and calculated retaliation for aggression against Lebanese cities, including Beirut’s southern suburb (Dahiyeh).

The group’s military media issued consecutive statements detailing the attacks and their outcomes.

The first two statements reported that, between 19:00 and 21:20 PM on Saturday, March 21, 2026, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted gatherings of Israeli soldiers and vehicles at Al-Khazzan Hill in the border town of Adaisseh, striking the site with concentrated rocket barrages.

According to the third, fourth, and fifth statements, the fighters carried out precise, coordinated operations shortly after midnight. At 00:10, 00:15, and 00:30, they repeatedly targeted gatherings of Israeli occupation soldiers and vehicles on Al-Muhaysibat Hill, south of the Al-Taybeh, with rocket barrages.

The sixth and seventh statements said that between 00:10 and 00:40, Hezbollah fighters targeted two separate gatherings of Israeli enemy soldiers and vehicles in the Taybeh project and in Khirbet Al-Kassif, southwest of the town of Taybeh, using rocket barrages and artillery shells.

Simultaneously, at 3:20 AM on Sunday, Hezbollah fighters targeted three separate gatherings of Israeli soldiers in the city of Khiam, the newly established Hamams site to its south, and Wadi Al-Asafir south of the city, using rocket barrages, as per the group’s eighth, ninth, and tenth statements.

The eleventh statement affirmed that at 5:00 AM on Sunday, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy soldiers and vehicles in the town of Taybeh with a qualitative missile.

Previously at 3:10 AM on Sunday, Hezbollah fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers in the vicinity of the Khiam detention center with a heavy missile, the twelfth statement read.

In its thirteenth statement, the group reported that at 02:10 AM the fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers at the Hanita site opposite the border town of Alma Al-Shaab with a squadron of attack drones.

The fourteenth statement highlighted that, in retaliation for the brutal Israeli aggression against dozens of Lebanese towns, including southern Beirut suburbs, and following a prior warning to several settlements in northern occupied Palestine, Hezbollah fighters targeted the Dishon settlement with a rocket salvo at 02:40 AM.

According to the fifteenth and sixteenth statements, at 2:40 AM, Hezbollah fighters simultaneously struck two separate gatherings of Israeli soldiers—one in the Avivim settlement using a swarm of attack drones, and another in Khirbet al-Manara, opposite the border town of Houla, with a rocket barrage.

Statements 17 and 18 reported that, between 6:15 and 6:30 AM on Sunday, Hezbollah fighters deployed squadrons of attack drones to strike Israeli soldiers at both the Avivim and Ramot Naftali barracks.

As per the nineteenth and twentieth statements, at 8:00 AM on Sunday, Hezbollah fighters simultaneously launched rocket barrages on the Ras Al-Naqoura site and a gathering of Israeli soldiers in the settlement of Misgav Am.

Hezbollah Military Media released a video showing the group’s fighters precisely striking a “Hermes 450-Zik” drone over Bint Jbeil, southern Lebanon, which had been previously targeted on March 16, 2026.

Hezbollah targeted again a gathering of Israeli enemy army soldiers in the Taybeh project area with a rocket salvo, as reported in the twenty-first statement.

Statements 22 and 23 reported that at 10:45 AM on Sunday, Hezbollah fighters launched simultaneous rocket barrages on two Israeli positions, revisiting the Taybeh project and striking the Misgav Am Israeli site.

According to statements 24 and 25, at 12:15 PM, Lebanon’s Islamic Resistance fighters simultaneously struck two Israeli positions with squadrons of attack drones—hitting the Misgav Am site for a second time and targeting a gathering of soldiers at Tell Al-Awida in the border town of Addaisseh.

The group’s twenty-sixth statement reported that at 1:10 PM, Islamic Resistance fighters struck a gathering of Israeli soldiers in the border city of Khiam with a rocket barrage.

According to the group’s twenty-seventh statement, at 12:30 PM on Sunday, Hezbollah fighters struck a gathering of Israeli soldiers at the Taybeh project for the third time with a rocket salvo.

At 10:30 AM on Sunday, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers at Jal Al-Hammar, south of the border town of Addaisseh, with a rocket salvo as per the twenty-eighth statement.

Statement 29 reported that at 12:30 PM, Islamic Resistance fighters struck a gathering of Israeli soldiers at the Marj site, opposite the border town of Markaba, with a rocket salvo.

According to statements 30 and 31, at 2:30 PM on Sunday, Islamic Resistance fighters simultaneously targeted two gatherings of Israeli soldiers—one at the Ruwaysat al-Alam site in the occupied Kfarshouba hills and another in the Israeli settlement of Metula—using rocket barrages.

Statements 32 and 33 reported that at 2:45 PM on Sunday, the Islamic Resistance fighters launched simultaneous rocket barrages on Israeli positions at the Branit barracks and the Randa area, located between the border towns of Alma Al-Shaab and Dhahira.

According to statements 34 and 35, between 2:30 and 3:15 PM, Hezbollah targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers at a newly established position on Jabal al-Bat in the border town of Aitaroun with artillery fire, while simultaneously striking another gathering at a new position in Nimr Al-Jamal, opposite the border town of Alma Al-Shaab, with a rocket barrage.

At 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 22, 2026, Islamic Resistance fighters simultaneously hit Israeli sites at the Hanita site and southwest of Alma Al-Shaab, according to statements 36 and 37.

Statement 38 reported that at 4:10 PM on Sunday, March 22, 2026, Hezbollah fighters struck a gathering of Israeli soldiers and vehicles east of the city of Khiam with a rocket salvo.

Statements 39 and 40 reported that at 4:35 PM, Hezbollah fighters simultaneously struck Israeli occupation sites east of the town of Naqoura and at the Birkat Risha site opposite the border town of Yaroun with rocket barrages.

Statement 41 reported that at 3:50 PM on Sunday, Hezbollah fighters struck again a gathering of Israeli soldiers and vehicles in Jdeidet Mays Al-Jabal with a rocket salvo.

Statement 42 reported that at 10:00 AM on Sunday, March 22, 2026, Islamic Resistance fighters struck the Avivim barracks for a second time with a rocket barrage.

Between 3:30 and 3:45 PM on Sunday, Hezbollah fighters targeted multiple Israeli sites, as per the group’s 43rd to 46th statements. They struck a gathering of Zionist soldiers in the Aitaroun forest with a rocket barrage, hit the Avivim barracks for a third time with rockets, targeted Israeli soldiers gathered at the newly established position on Jabal Al-Bat in the border town of Aitaroun for a second time with a rocket salvo, and shelled another gathering of Israeli soldiers northeast of the border town of Maroun Al-Ras with artillery.

Statement 47 reported that at 6:45 PM, Hezbollah fighters struck the Al-Raheb Israeli site, opposite the border town of Aita Al-Shaab, with a rocket salvo.

Statement 48 reported that at 6:30 AM on Sunday, March 22, 2026, Hezbollah fighters struck the Na’hal Gershom base, south of Ramot Naftali, using a squadron of attack drones.

Statements 49 and 50 reported that at 6:10 PM, Hezbollah fighters simultaneously struck the Meron air operations command and control base in northern occupied Palestine and the Manara settlement with rocket barrages.

Between 7:20 and 7:30 PM on Sunday, Hezbollah fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers near the Khiam prison with artillery shells and struck the Zar’it settlement with a rocket barrage, as reported in statements 51 and 52.

Statement 53 reported that at 6:10 PM, Hezbollah Resistance fighters struck the Hounin Israeli barracks with a rocket barrage.

The group’s fifty-fourth statement mentioned that Hezbollah fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli occupation army soldiers east of the Khiam detention center with a rocket salvo at 19:50 PM.

According to Military Media statements 55, 56, and 57, Hezbollah fighters simultaneously struck three gatherings of Israeli soldiers—with attacks in Tel Abu Madi, the border town of Dhahira, and Marwahin—using rocket barrages at 8:00 PM.

Forty minutes later, at 8:40 PM, Hezbollah fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers and vehicles in the border town of Maroun Al-Ras with artillery shells, according to Military Media statement 58.

Statement 59 reported that at 4:30 PM on Sunday, Hezbollah fighters struck a gathering of Israeli soldiers in the Al-Sals Heights, west of the border town of Yaroun, with a rocket salvo.

Statement 60 reported that at 10:30 AM on Sunday, after monitoring a group of Israeli occupation soldiers advancing toward Khallet Al-Bustan southeast of the border town of Maroun Al-Ras, Hezbollah fighters launched an aerial assault using a swarm of attack drones on the force’s position, achieving confirmed hits.
