Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced it has carried out the 78th wave of Operation “True Promise 4,” targeting sites in Eilat, Dimona, and north of Tel Aviv, along with several US military bases in the region. The operation employed precision-guided Emad and Qadr missiles, equipped with multiple warheads, as well as suicide drones.
The IRGC described this wave as “a new chapter in the history of warfare,” stating it was conducted with the support of “the Iranian people’s raised fists in the streets” and the missiles of “fighters on the ground.” The operation was dedicated to residents of the country’s eastern border regions, including North Khorasan, Razavi Khorasan, South Khorasan, and Sistan and Baluchestan.
In a statement, the Guard emphasized that Tehran is “conducting negotiations with the aggressors using missiles and firepower from a position of strength and field influence.” It added that the majority of the IRGC’s combat units, along with the Basij militia, have not yet entered the battle. The statement warned that the entry of these forces, if necessary, would make the battlefield “more intense” and transform it into “an inescapable hell” for the enemy.
The Guard further asserted that “the enemy’s plots to compensate for its losses and alter the war’s equations in the coming hours will not go unnoticed,” vowing that “a crushing Iranian strike will rain down in the blink of an eye on all who ordered, carried out, or followed any level of aggression.”
The previous 77th wave of attacks, which the IRGC said was dedicated to the martyrs of the resistance—including Revolutionary Guard spokesman Ali Mohammad Naeini, Al-Qassam Brigades spokesman Abu Ubaida, and Hezbollah media relations official Mohammad Afif—targeted sites belonging to the Israeli occupation entity in the north, center, and south of the occupied territories.
In that earlier wave, the Revolutionary Guard also reported targeting US military installations, including Ali Salem, Al-Kharj, and Al-Dhafra, using Zulfiqar solid-fuel precision missiles and attack drones, stating the operations were carried out with complete success.
According to the IRGC, Iran has been responding since February 28 to ongoing American-Israeli aggression against the country, acting within its natural and legitimate right. It stated that the aggression has targeted residential neighborhoods and infrastructure, resulting in hundreds of martyrs and thousands of wounded.
