Operation Eaten Straw: Hezbollah Executes Coordinated Hits on Key Israeli Targets

Hezbollah’s Islamic Resistance in Lebanon carried out on Tuesday a broad, tightly coordinated wave of attacks across occupied Palestinian territories as part of “Operation Eaten Straw,” demonstrating high precision against Israeli aggression.

The operation employed advanced missiles and combat drones to strike Israeli military positions, strategic sites, and troop concentrations in direct response to attacks on Lebanese areas, including Beirut’s southern suburb, Dahiyeh.

The group’s military media released consecutive statements outlining the strikes and their outcomes.

The first statement stated that at 11:40 PM on Monday, March 23, 2026, Hezbollah shelled a gathering of Israeli occupation army vehicles and soldiers in the Al-Zuhour area of Maroun Al-Ras, bringing the day’s total operations to 50.

Tuesday’s operations began at 00:10, when Hezbollah fighters struck the Liman barracks north of the Nahariya settlement with a squadron of attack drones, according to a second statement.

The third statement mentioned that at 01:30 AM on Tuesday, Hezbollah fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli army soldiers at the Fatima Gate on the Lebanese-Palestinian border with a salvo of rockets.

Statements four and five said that at 1:20 AM, Hezbollah fighters simultaneously targeted the Migdal Tefen radar station south of Ma’alot-Tarshiha and Israeli artillery positions in the Sa’sa’ settlement, both with swarms of attack drones.

An hour later, at 02:20 AM, Hezbollah fighters targeted Israeli artillery positions in Ain HaKovshim, opposite the border town of Alma Al-Shaab, with a salvo of rockets, according to the sixth statement.

Statements seven and eight noted that between 6:45 and 7:00 AM, after identifying Israeli soldiers inside a house in the border town of Al-Qouzah, Hezbollah fighters struck the position with a guided missile, scoring a direct hit, and also targeted a gathering of Zionist soldiers and vehicles in the area with a rocket barrage.

Statements nine, ten, and 11 reported that at 06:00 AM, Hezbollah fighters simultaneously launched rocket salvos at three locations: the newly established Israeli site at Nimr Al-Jamal opposite the border town of Alma Al-Shaab, a gathering of Israeli soldiers southwest of Alma Al-Shaab, and another gathering at the newly established Blat site in southern Lebanon.

Statements 12 and 13 reported that between 7:00 and 7:45 AM, Hezbollah fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers on Khamara Hill in the border town of Al-Qouzah with a rocket barrage, and another gathering at the newly established Blat site in southern Lebanon with a guided missile, scoring direct hits.

According to statement 14, Hezbollah fighters struck at 8:45 AM another gathering of Israeli occupation army soldiers in the border town of Al-Qouzah with a combat drone, achieving a direct hit.

Later, at 09:20 on Tuesday, Hezbollah fighters struck a gathering of Israeli enemy soldiers in the border town of Al-Qouzah for a second time with a rocket salvo, according to statement 15.

Statements 16 to 18 reported that at 10:30 AM, Hezbollah fighters simultaneously targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers in the border town of Al-Qouzah for the third time with an attack drone, scoring a direct hit. They also struck the settlement of Nahariya with a rocket barrage and fired a large rocket salvo at the Rafael Advanced Defense Systems complex north of the Krayot area.

According to the group’s 19th statement, at 09:00 AM, Hezbollah fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers near the Alma Al-Shaab border school with a rocket salvo.

Statement 20 reported that at 10:50 AM, Hezbollah fighters struck a gathering of Israeli soldiers in the border town of Al-Qouzah for the fourth time with a swoop attack, achieving a direct hit.

Statements 21 and 22 reported that at 11:30 AM, Hezbollah fighters simultaneously targeted the Kiryat Shmona settlement with a rocket barrage as a warning to northern settlements and struck an Israeli artillery site in HaGoshrim with another rocket barrage.

According to statement 23, at 12:10 PM Hezbollah fighters struck a gathering of Israeli soldiers on Al-Khamara Hill in the border town of Al-Qouzah with an attack drone, achieving a direct hit.

Previously at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, Hezbollah fighters targeted Camp 100 (Brigade Command Headquarters) north of Ayelet HaShachar with a rocket salvo, the 24th statement read.

Then, at 11:30 AM, Hezbollah fighters struck three Merkava tanks near the Khiam detention center with guided missiles, achieving direct hits, the 25th statement stated.

Another Merkava tank was targeted at 13:25 on the road to the border town of Al-Qouzah when Islamic Resistance fighters carried out a swooping attack and achieved a direct hit, the 26th statement read.

Statements 27 and 28 mentioned that between 12:45 PM and 13:50, Hezbollah fighters targeted two Israeli D9 military bulldozers with guided missiles—first near the Khiam detention center and later in the Baydar Al-Fakaani area of the border town of Taybeh—scoring direct hits in both attacks.

Statements 29 and 30 stated that at 14:30, Hezbollah fighters simultaneously targeted the Israeli site of Adather (Mount Adir) and the air defense system in the Ma’alot-Tarshiha Israeli settlement with swarms of attack drones.

According to statement 31, at 15:00, Hezbollah fighters struck a gathering of Israeli occupation army soldiers east of the border town of Khiam with a rocket barrage.

Previously, at 14:40, Hezbollah fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers on Ara Hill, south of the border town of Yaroun, with a rocket salvo, the 32nd statement read.

Statement 33 reported that at 13:30 Hezbollah fighters struck the newly established Israeli site in Nimr Al-Jamal, opposite the border town of Alma Al-Shaab, for the second time using a squadron of attack drones.

Statement 34 reported that at 15:40 on Tuesday, Hezbollah fighters struck Israeli army infrastructure in the Israeli settlement of Karmiel with a rocket barrage.

Statement 35 reported that at 16:40 on Tuesday, after identifying a force of Israeli soldiers inside a house in the town of Al-Qouzah, Islamic Resistance fighters struck the position with a guided missile, achieving a direct hit.

With this statement, the group has struck Israeli soldiers and tanks in Al-Qouzah nine times, underscoring the resilience of its fighters in preventing incursions by the occupation army.
