Yemen’s Sayyed Al-Houthi: “Tyrant of the Age” Waging a Systematic War on Faith, Values, and Humanity

The leader of Ansarullah, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badreddine Al-Houthi, warned of what he described as “the Tyrant of the Age,” calling it the most dangerous and unjust force in human history.

Speaking on the occasion of the Friday of Rajab, Sayyed A-Houthi said the Tyrant of the Age—embodied by global Zionism, the United States, the Israeli occupation entity, Britain, and their agents and followers—represents “the most extreme form of tyranny humanity has ever known.”

He said this tyranny has amassed every form of oppression, corruption, and criminality and has departed entirely from human nature, moral values, and divine principles.

Sayyed Al-Houthi noted that this force possesses unprecedented capabilities and resources, unmatched at any point in history, and has mobilized them across all fields to expand its influence.

He stressed that it seeks to openly spread vice and corruption and normalize them within societies, warning that it operates through an organized campaign to destroy moral and ethical values on a massive and alarming scale.

According to Al-Houthi, the Tyrant of the Age holds unparalleled means of deception, corruption, and domination, posing a real threat to all human societies. He said the enemies’ war against humanity aims to mislead people and strip societies of their human essence.

At the same time, Sayyed Al-Houthi acknowledged a gap within the Muslim Nation in adherence to the Holy Qur’an, faith commitment, and understanding of Islamic concepts. Yet he emphasized that the Ummah still possesses strengths the enemies fear and are working to eliminate.

He pointed out that the enemies grow deeply concerned when they witness genuine, practical awakenings among the peoples of the Ummah, stressing that targeting faith identity is the most dangerous form of aggression.

Yemen’s Sayyed Al-Houthi concluded that stripping the Ummah of its faith identity enables total domination, turning nations into mere tools in the hands of their enemies. “When a person loses true freedom and dignity, everything is lost.”
