Khatam HQ Warns: Stronger Retaliation if Civilian Areas Hit Again

Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters has warned that any renewed aggression against civilian areas will be met with a more forceful and wide-ranging response, as US-Israeli bombing continues to target civilian infrastructure in Iran.

In a statement on Monday, spokesperson Ebrahim Zolfaghari said, “If aggression against civilian areas is repeated, our retaliatory response will be stronger and more expansive.” He reiterated that Tehran had made it clear, since the outset of the war, that any attack on civilian targets would be met with a “doubled response” against enemy interests.

Civilian casualties reported in Tehran and Qom

The warning follows new massacres carried out at dawn by US and Israeli enmey, targeting residential neighborhoods, universities, and energy infrastructure in Tehran and Qom.

A security official in the capital reported that at least 13 people were killed in a preliminary toll following strikes on two residential buildings in the Baharestan area, southwest of Tehran. Rescue operations are ongoing as emergency teams work to retrieve individuals trapped under the rubble.

In Qom, another security official confirmed that five civilians were killed and several others wounded after a strike hit a densely populated residential area early Monday.

Iran continues Operation True Promise 4 retaliation

Iran has continued its response to the ongoing US-Israeli aggression through waves of strikes under Operation True Promise 4, targeting US military bases in the region, as well as Israeli sites in occupied Palestine.

Earlier on Monday, Iranian fragmentation missiles struck around 20 sites across central areas of the occupied Palestinian territories, particularly in Tel Aviv, where a building sustained a direct hit.

According to Israeli media, two people were injured in the latest wave of Iranian missile strikes on central territories, with their condition described as serious. Four bodies were recovered from a building that collapsed due to the direct impact of an Iranian missile in Haifa.
