Hezbollah and Amal Movement Commands issued on Saturday a joint statement, calling on the resistance supporters to avoid holding demonstrations during the critical conditions Lebanon is passing through.
The statement read: “The Amal Movement and Hezbollah, while deeply appreciating the patience of our displaced people and our host brothers in the capital and all regions, and while taking pride in the steadfastness of the resistance fighters in the confrontations in the border villages, and while respecting the feelings of the people and their enthusiasm to express their position on current issues, and out of the leaderships’ concern for stability, the protection of civil peace, and avoiding any division desired by the Israeli enemy, call on our honorable people not to demonstrate during this delicate phase the country is going through.”
