Iranian Foreign Minister Dr. Abbas Araghchi announced the reopening of the strait of Hormuz to all commercial during the remaining truce period as the ceasefire in Lebanon took effect on Friday.

“In line with the ceasefire in Lebanon, the passage for all commercial vessels through Strait of Hormuz is declared completely open for the remaining period of ceasefire, on the coordinated route as already announced by Ports and Maritime Organization of the Islamic Rep. of Iran,” Araghchi posted on his X account.

Iran has set the ceasefire in Lebanon as a condition for the continuation of the talks and truce with the United States.

Head of Iran’s Judicial Authority, Sheikh Mohammad Mohseni Ejei, stressed that what happened in Lebanon is attributed on to the resistance sacrifices, adding that the Resistance is the key to victory.

“When America and the crumbling Zionist entity saw the sacrifices of the heroic Hezbollah and Iran’s strong and unwavering support for the Lebanese resistance, they agreed to a ceasefire. Islamic Iran will never abandon the resistant people of Lebanon.”

In turn, Member of the Expediency Discernment Council and Representative of the Supreme Leader in the Supreme National Security Council, Saeed Jalili, indicated that the sinister Zionist entity had dubbed the assassination of the leader of the resistance, Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah as “the new order.”

“At the time, the response was that the new order will be drawn by the sons of the resistance. Today, the world clearly witnesses that the new order is not determined by America and the Zionist entity, but rather by the victorious and powerful discourse of the resistance.
