Iranian officials warned that hostile powers are escalating pressure through infrastructure attacks, psychological warfare, and attempts to sow internal divisions while affirming that national unity remains resilient.

Pezeshkian: Infrastructure Attacks Aim to Incite Public Anger

President Masoud Pezeshkian said adversaries are targeting critical infrastructure and imposing blockades to provoke public discontent, urging authorities to prevent conditions that could enable such unrest.

Speaking during a visit to the Interior Ministry on Saturday, where he joined a virtual meeting with provincial governors, Pezeshkian stressed that enemies are seeking to transform public satisfaction into anger. “They aim to turn today’s public confidence into discontent,” he said, adding that vigilance is required to deny them that opportunity.

Lawmaker: No nuclear agenda in Araghchi’s Pakistan visit

Ebrahim Azizi, head of the Iranian parliament’s National Security Committee, said Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi is not pursuing any nuclear-related mission during his visit to Pakistan.

In a post on X, Azizi said Araghchi’s trip is focused strictly on bilateral relations, emphasizing that nuclear negotiations remain a core red line for Iran and are not part of the visit’s agenda.

Judiciary chief: U.S., Israel targeting Iran’s unity

Judiciary Chief Gholam Hussein Mohseni Eje’i said the United States and the Israeli occupation entity are seeking to undermine unity between the Iranian people and officials, warning of continued efforts to foment internal division.

Speaking at a meeting with provincial judicial leaders on Saturday, His Eminence said adversaries have failed to achieve their objectives against the Islamic Republic but may still pursue new plots. He added that their current strategy relies on deception, “soft war,” and psychological operations aimed at weakening national cohesion—the foundation of Iran’s strength.

Ejei stressed that Washington and the Israeli occupation are targeting social harmony, coordination among Iran’s three branches of government, and the relationship between the public and state institutions. He warned that efforts to incite internal discord are intended to compensate for failures in both the field and diplomacy, particularly in light of recent military setbacks and unsuccessful negotiations that have undermined Iran’s position internationally.

His Eminence also dismissed claims by the US president regarding divisions inside Iran as “an illusion,” urging media figures and online activists to remain vigilant against such narratives.
