As the Islamic Resistance escalated its attacks on the Israeli occupation forces in South Lebanon, the Zionist enemy responded by attacking the civilians and residential buildings in the area.
The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health stated that the Israeli enemy raids on southern Lebanon on Monday, April 27, resulted in 4 martyrs, including a woman, and 51 wounded, including 3 children and 6 women.
In detail, in the Bint Jbeil district, the enemy carried out a bombing operation inside the city of Bint Jbeil, coinciding with artillery shelling targeting the city. Enemy warplanes also launched raids on the city and the towns of Haris, Toulene, Konine, and Baraachit. A woman was injured in a drone strike on the town. Another raid targeted the area between Toulene and Al-Sawana, while warplanes carried out two additional raids on Toulene.
In Al-Sawana, Al-Manar’s correspondent reported two martyrs, including a woman, and four injuries as a result of the raid that targeted the town. An initial report indicated three injuries, including children.
In the same context, the enemy carried out a bombing operation in the town of Al-Taybeh and targeted the town of Shihine with an explosion.
In the Nabatieh district, enemy warplanes launched raids on the towns of Zawtar al-Sharqiyah, Yuhmur al-Shaqeef, and Baraachit, in addition to a raid on the outskirts of Nabatieh city near Al-Kafour, and another on the Basaliya area. The raids also targeted the area between Kfardounine and Khirbet Selm.
The town of Yuhmur al-Shaqeef was subjected to repeated artillery shelling and airstrikes, while enemy artillery targeted the town of Byout al-Sayyad, coinciding with an enemy sweep operation towards the outskirts of the town of al-Bayada.
In the border areas, the enemy fired flares in Bastra – outside Kfarshouba – and targeted the town of Majdal Zoun with an artillery shell.
