Israeli military vehicles are now regularly within range of Hezbollah resistance fire in southern Lebanon, as a series of coordinated strikes targeted armor and engineering units across multiple frontline areas in latest hours.
According to successive statements issued by Hezbollah Military Media, the Islamic Resistance fighters launched so far six operations on Tuesday.
The operations were carried out “in defense of Lebanon and its people, and in response to the Israeli enemy’s violation of the ceasefire and the attacks that targeted villages in southern Lebanon and resulted in the martyrdom of a number of civilians and injuries,” the statements read.
Islamic Resistance fighters struck a Merkava tank in the town of Al-Bayyada late Monday at 23:45 with a guided missile, scoring a confirmed hit that left the vehicle ablaze, statement 1 read.
Statement 2 said a gathering of Israeli soldiers and vehicles in the same town was targeted with rocket weapons at 00:15 on Tuesday.
In Al-Qawzah, Islamic Resistance fighters hit a Merkava tank with an attack drone at 07:00 on Tuesday, achieving a direct strike, according to statement 3.

Israeli engineering units were also targeted, with two D9 bulldozers being struck by attack drones in Rshaf and Deir Seryan at 09:00 and 09:15 on Tuesday, according to statements 4 and 5 released by Hezbollah Military Media.
Later at 09:25, and as an Israeli Namera vehicle was attempting to pull the targeted D9 bulldozer in Deir Seryan, Islamic Resistance launched an attack drone targeting the vehicle and scoring a direct hit, statement 6 read.
Hezbollah resistance fighters have been for weeks heroically confronting Israeli occupation forces attemtpting to occupy towns in southern Lebanon amid a brutal aggression on the country. The confrontations employed various kinds of weapons including rockets, shells and attacks drones which have inflicted heavy losses upon enemy forces.
Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem hit back at Israeli threats on Monday, affirming that there will be neither a Yellow Line, nor a buffer zone in southern Lebanon.
In a statement, his eminence He highlighted that the resistance group employs hit-and-run tactics to prevent the enemy from establishing a foothold.
