Israeli enemy intensified its aggression on Lebanon on Thursday, launching a wave of airstrikes and drone attacks across the country’s south while expanding attacks deeper into the Western Bekaa, marking a widening scope of the ongoing offensive.

According to Al-Manar correspondents, Israeli warplanes carried out multiple air raids targeting towns and villages across the south, including Mansouri, Siddiqin, Kafra, Yatar, Zibqin, Tuffahta, Jarjouh, Kfar Melki and Sinai, hitting residential areas and civilian infrastructure.

Israeli artillery shelling also struck the towns of Haniyeh and Mansouri, while armed drones targeted Zrarieh, Kfar Sir, and the area between Qsaibeh, Kfar Tibnit and Kfar Sir, underscoring the multi-layered nature of the attacks, according to our correspondents.

In a significant escalation, strikes extended into the Western Bekaa Valley, where warplanes hit Labaya, Sahmar, Yahmar and Ain Al-Tineh.

Wednesday was literally a bloody day in Lebanon, where drone strikes targeting civilian cars on the coastal highway between Beirut and Sidon killed 10 people, while a massacre has killed at least ten others in the southern village of Arab Salim.

The attacks take place despite a ceasefire announced in Lebanon on April 17.
