Hezbollah Fighters to Sheik Qassem: Your Brave Leadership of Military Ops Has Exhausted Israeli Enemy, We Have More

The Islamic Resistance fighters sent on Wednesday a letter to Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem in response to His Eminence’s earlier message that hailed their resilience in the battlefield.

Hezbollah fighters affirmed that the courageous leadership of the Secretary General has opened the way for a series of operations that have exhausted the enemy, making him reluctant to settle on the soil of the South.

The Resistance fighters also renewed their allegiance and pledge to continue on this path in defense of honor, freedom, dignity, and independence.

What follows is the text of the letter:

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

To His Eminence the Secretary-General,
The proof of Islam and the Muslims, the Mujahid Sheikh Naim Qassem, may God protect you,

Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.

We received your dear letter, in which the affection of a father for his sons, of a commander for his soldiers, and of a sheikh for his followers was evident. We thank you, our beloved Sheikh, for your sincere sentiments, your pure affection, and your heartfelt care. We return your greeting with a greeting filled with faith, crowned with jihad, and ending in victory and martyrdom.

We also turn with reverence and veneration to the souls of the martyrs among our mujahid brothers and our loyal people, who have astonished the world with their patience, steadfastness, and resilience. They have been and remain the impregnable fortress against sedition and the solid support in the height of trials—the backbone of the resistance on the field of defending the homeland against the treacherous and barbaric Zionist occupation.

O trusted Secretary-General, your mujahid sons in the Islamic Resistance placed their trust in God Almighty before they shouldered their rifles. They obeyed His command, relied upon Him, and descended upon the fields of battle, guided by patience and reinforced by His support. Every day they write epics of Karbala-like resistance and pursue the enemy with all types of their weapons. They destroy his tanks, burn his vehicles, terrorize his soldiers, and teach his army lessons that will be engraved in its artificial memory. They keep the homeland defiant against subjugation and occupation.

O our Sheikh, your courageous leadership has opened the way for a series of operations that have exhausted the enemy, making him reluctant to settle on the soil of the South. He has grown accustomed to staring at the sky, anticipating our barrages and drones, and has become accustomed to lowering his head to the ground, terrified of our explosives and ambushes.

Our pledge is what you entrusted us with: we will keep it in this state, and we have more. We will not rest, we will not relent, and our eyes will not find peace until the occupation withdraws from our land, defeated and humiliated. Between us and him are days he will not be able to endure, while we will endure, for we are the people of this land. And nights that are dark in the eyes of the occupier, which we have illuminated with the remembrance of God. And a battlefield where he will reap the remains of the killed and wounded, after we have sown it with gunpowder and fire.

In the name of every grain of this soil, in the name of every martyr, and every mujahid in the ready formations of the resistance along the entire front of confrontation, we renew to you our allegiance, our oath, and our pledge—to continue on this path in defense of honor, freedom, dignity, and independence. For the life of nations is only gained through red sacrifices, and the honor of the South refuses to be liberated except by the hands of the resisters. God willing, the bet placed on them will not fail.

Peace be upon you, and may God’s victory and blessings be with you.

Your sons, The Mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance
