Hezbollah Repeatedly Strikes Israeli Iron Dome Systems in Coordinated Attacks

Hezbollah’s Islamic Resistance in Lebanon carried out on Saturday a series of operations in response to the Israeli enemy’s ceasefire violations and strikes on civilians in southern Lebanese towns, affirming the actions were undertaken in defense of Lebanon and its people.

The group’s military media issued consecutive statements detailing the attacks and their outcomes.

The first statement highlighted that at 22:30, Friday, May 22, 2026, Hezbollah fighters targeted a gathering of Israeli occupation army soldiers at the riverbed on the outskirts of the town of Deir Siryan with artillery shells.

The second statement mentioned that at 00:00 on Saturday, May 23, 2026, Hezbollah fighters confronted an Israeli occupation army “IAI Heron 1” drone in the airspace of the Bekaa region with a surface-to-air missile, forcing it to leave.

The group’s third and fourth statements reported that between 9:00 AM and again at 9:30 AM on Saturday, Hezbollah fighters targeted two Iron Dome batteries at the Israeli Branit barracks using the “Ababil attack quadcopters,” scoring confirmed hits in both operations.

The fifth statement reported that at 10:00 AM on Saturday, Hezbollah fighters targeted two Iron Dome platforms at the Israeli Ramim (Hounin) barracks using two Ababil attack quadcopters, scoring confirmed hits.
