Amid the resounding failure of the Israeli enemy in face of Hezbollah’s loitering gliders, its command has decided to expand the ground offensive in South Lebanon in a desperate attempt to strike the resistance capabilities.
In this regard, Al Manar correspondent reported that, for several hours, the Israeli enemy has been attempting to advance along the riverbed axis toward the outskirts of Zawtar al-Sharqiya, but has faced resistance from fighters who have engaged in direct clashes and targeted the advancing force with various types of rockets, artillery shells, and loitering munitions. This has hindered its movement and prevented it from making any advance into the town.
In this context, field information confirms that all claims about the occupation forces seizing control of Zoutar al-Sharqiya or entering the town itself are baseless. The front lines remain confined to the outskirts and the riverbed.
The reports also indicate that over the past hours, occupation forces and their vehicles were subjected to a series of precise strikes targeting a Merkava tank, military vehicles, field communications, and bulldozers. This coincided with artillery shelling and rocket barrages that hit gatherings of soldiers and vehicles on the advance axis.
Hezbollah Military Media also issued a series of statements to detail the attacks and their outcomes.
