Hezbollah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem is to issue a statement afternoon on Thursday on latest developments.
The statement will be released on Al-Manar at 15:00 (Beirut time), Hezbollah Media Relations announced on Thursday.
It added that Sheikh Qassem’s statement is on the occasion of death anniversary of late founder of Islamic Revolution Imam Ruhollah Mousavi Khomeini, noting that the Hezbollah S.G. will tackle latest developments.
In his latest speech on May 24, Sheikh Qassem called on the Lebanese government to resign if it fails to defend the homeland.

In a televised speech on occasion of Resistance and Liberation Day, the Hezbollah leader voiced confidence that the Lebanese resistance group will emerge victorious from existential war with the Zionist enemy.
