Hezbollah’s Islamic Resistance vowed on Friday to remain fully mobilized to confront any Israeli aggression, echoing a statement by late Secretary General Martyr Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah when he said: “And between us and you there is a battlefield, and [many] days and nights.”
In a statement the Operations Room of the Islamic Resistance refuted Israeli claims that Hezbollah has violated the ceasefire in Lebanon, stressing that the side persisting in ceasefire violations is the Israeli one.
“Israel has not adhered to any ceasefire agreement since November 27, 2024, up to and including the outcomes of the US-Iran memorandum of understanding,” the statement read.
It added that the Israeli enemy has persisted in ceasefire violations, committing massacres and destroying civilian infrastructure “and went ahead with ground attacks by attempting to infiltrate and seize areas that had not been able to reach before the agreement.”
“Israeli disregard for the ceasefire reached a point where its military chief, the criminal Eyal Zamir, declared two weeks ago that there is no ceasefire in Lebanon,” the statement added, citing remarks by Israeli army spokesperson on proceeding with military activity in southern Lebanon.
“As is its recurring pattern in seeking to compensate for its inability to confront resistance fighters and to conceal its battlefield losses, the enemy resorts to targeting civilians and attacking peaceful villages. This was evident again today, following the resistance fighters’ decisive response to its failed attempt to advance toward Ali Al-Taher Hill last night,” the Operations Room said, referring to massacres committed in Nabatieh region after the Israeli forces failed to advance towards Ali-Al-Taher.

It vowed that the Islamic Resistance fighters remain fully mobilized to confront any Israeli aggression and to “defend their land and people in a steadfast Karbala-Husseini spirit.”
The statement added that dozens of Israeli soldiers and officers have been killed or injured and many vehicles have been damaged in the last confrontations.
The Operations Room of the Islamic Resistance then recalled remarks by late Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah who addressed the Israeli enemy in early 2024 by saying: “And between us and you there is a battlefield, and [many] days and nights.”
