Israeli Media: Army Starts Reducing Forces in South Lebanon in Response to US Orders

The Zionist media outlets reported on Sunday that the Israeli Occupation Army started reducing forces in the territories it had held in South Lebanon, adding that the move came in response to US orders.

US-Iranian negotiation sessions were held on Sunday in Switzerland, discussing mainly the Lebanese file. Iran’s delegation insisted on ending the Israeli war on Lebanon before discussing the rest of the agenda items.

According to Israeli Broadcasting Authority, the Trump administration called on Netanyahu to partially withdraw his forces from southern Lebanon.

The Israeli army has begun reducing its forces in southern Lebanon, KAN Channel mentioned.

The Israeli Channel added that the Army has frozen its operations in Ali Taher Heights after the political leadership ordered a ceasefire in Lebanon.
