Lebanon’s Higher Defense Council held a meeting at Baabda palace under the chairmanship of President Michel Aoun, tackling the latest security developments in Lebanon.
The council underscored the coordination among the security agencies to prevent the acts of sabotage, highlighting the zero tolerance policy with the vandals.
President Aoun stressed the importance of launching preemptive operations to prevent such acts, adding that sabotage is unacceptable.
Prime Minister Hassan Diab considered that foreigners and locals are planning the acts of sabotage, stressing that the culprits are not seek their socioeconomic rights yet committing organized crimes of vandalism.
