The Lebanese ministry of public health issued on Wednesday its daily report in which it announced 718 new coronavirus cases, 703 of them for locals and 15 among the arrivals, raising total to 619950.
The report added that 17142 PCR tests were conducted during the past 24 hours, adding that the number of cases of recovery from the coronavirus rose to 584527.
According to the report, 7 new coronavirus-related death cases were registered, which raised toll to 8253.
Lebanon has continued the anti-coronavirus vaccination campaign across all the provinces as the batches of vaccines are scheduled to arrive in Beirut gradually.
