In a violent incident on Saturday evening, Israeli occupation forces in Sebastia opened fire on a Palestinian vehicle with two passengers inside. The attack resulted in the killing of one of the passengers, 18-year-old Fawzi Hani Fawzi Makhalfa, and the arrest of the other who sustained injuries.

The IOF prevented ambulance crews from reaching the scene, but the Red Crescent later confirmed the death of Fawzi, while the other passenger’s condition remains unknown.
Eyewitnesses reported that the IOF fired over 40 bullets at the vehicle, with one hitting Fawzi directly in the head.
The incident comes in the aftermath of the martyrdom of a 17-year-old Palestinian, Mohammad Al-Bayed, who was shot by Israeli forces in Umm Safa, northwest Ramallah.

Israeli media reported that an Israeli occupation soldier was wounded in an attack in the town of Beit Ummar.
Eyewitnesses reported that Israeli occupation forces attacked Palestinians participating in the funeral of a citizen in Beit Ummar, and Resistance fighters responded by opening fire and throwing a homemade explosive device, injuring one soldier.

Additionally, dozens of Palestinians were suffocated as a result of the assault.
Palestinian resistance factions expressed their grief over the loss of Fawzi and vowed to continue fighting for freedom and liberation.
Tensions have been high across the occupied West Bank for the past year and a half, with the Israeli occupation military carrying out near-nightly raids and the Palestinians carrying out retaliatory attacks.
At least 200 Palestinians have been killed by ‘Israel’ since the beginning of this year.
