The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) agency has received a report that the port side of a vessel was hit from above by a missile 95 nautical miles southeast of Yemen’s Aden, it said in an advisory note on Monday.

UKMTO added that authorities are investigating, and advised vessels to transit with caution.

In support to the Palestinian resistance in Gaza against the Israeli war, the Yemeni armed forces have been blocking the passage of the Israeli and Israel-affiliated ships or those bound for Israeli ports before allowing entrance of sufficient medical drugs and foodstuffs into Gaza.

U.S. and British air strikes on Yemen have been attempting to deter the Yemen support to Gaza without reaching any outcome.
