In solidarity with the people of occupied Palestine and the resistance in the Gaza Strip and amidst Zionist aggression on several villages in South Lebanon, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon persistently targeted on Tuesday Israeli occupation soldiers and sites near the Lebanese-Palestinian borders.
Hezbollah’s Military Media released consecutive statements outlining the attacks and their outcomes:
The first statement mentioned that the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Jal Al-Allam site with artillery shells at 16:45 on Tuesday, 02-07-2024, hitting it directly.
The second statement mentioned that, in response to the “Israeli” enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and peaceful homes, especially the town of Zaloutieh and the martyrdom of a civilian, the Islamic Resistance fighters bombarded Kiryat Shmona barracks with tens of Katyusha rockets on Tuesday, 02-07-2024.
Upper Galilee Council announced that fires broke out in Kiryat Shmona in the aftermath of rocketry bombardment.
The Zionist media indicated that Hezbollah border attacks have so far destroyed or damaged more than 1023 houses in over 130 of the northern settlements.
Five of the targeted settlements topped the list of the hits:
1- Kiryat Shmona: 147
2- Al-Manara:130
3- Al-Metula: 121
4- Shlomi: 115
5- Arab Al-Aramesha: 88
It is worth noting that only the houses which have been reached and examined by the occupation authorities are included in these figures.
In support of the steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza and in backing their valiant and honorable resistance, the Islamic Resistance carried out several operations against sites and deployments of the “Israeli” enemy army along the Lebanese-Palestinian border on Monday, 01-07-2024, as follows:
– Eastern Sector:
1. At 16:10, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the Al-Samaqa site in the occupied Lebanese hills of Kfar Shuba with artillery shells, resulting in a direct hit.
2. The Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a building used by “Israeli” enemy soldiers in the Ramot Naftali settlement with appropriate weapons, achieving a direct hit, in response to the “Israeli” enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and safe homes, particularly in the town of Houla.
3. At 17:40, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Ma’ayan Baruch site with artillery shells, leading to a direct hit and the outbreak of a fire inside.
4. The Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a building used by “Israeli” enemy soldiers in Al-Metula settlement with appropriate weapons, achieving a direct hit, in response to the “Israeli” enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and safe homes, especially in the town of Rab Al-Thalathin.
5. The Islamic Resistance fighters targeted buildings used by “Israeli” enemy soldiers in Kfar Giladi settlement with appropriate weapons, achieving direct hits, in response to the “Israeli” enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and safe homes, particularly in the town of Blida.
– Western Sector:
1. The Islamic Resistance fighters targeted a building used by “Israeli” enemy soldiers in the Doviv settlement with appropriate weapons, achieving a direct hit, in response to the “Israeli” enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and safe homes, especially in the town of Kfar Kila.
2. The Islamic Resistance fighters targeted buildings used by “Israeli” enemy soldiers in Gornot HaGalil settlement with appropriate weapons, achieving direct hits, in response to the “Israeli” enemy’s attacks on the steadfast southern villages and safe homes, particularly in the town of Al-Bayada.
