Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi stressed that the Syrian crisis should be settled, warning against attempts to divide Syria.
Noting that the United States is committed to Syria’s unity, Abadi stressed that federal division of Syria is a ‘red line’.
“I told the US officials it is wrong to boycott Syria,” Abadi told Beirut-based Al-Mayadeen TV.
Meanwhile, the Iraqi PM accused Turkey of focusing on fighting the Kurds rather than fighting ISIL.
Iraqi forces , in coordination with the Syrian government, carried out strikes against ISIL in Al-Bu Kamal , Al-Abadi said.
