Head of “Loyalty to Resistance” parliamentary bloc, Hajj Mohammad Raad, addressed on Tuesday the House convening to discuss the ministerial statement submitted by Nawaf Salam’s government, hoping that the new cabinet will speedily assume its responsibilities in the various domains, especially the reconstruction project.
MP Raad indicated that, regardless of the criteria adopted in the cabinet formation, Hezbollah participation in the new governments reflects keenness on the success of the presidential term.
Hajj Raad affirmed that Hezbollah grants confidence to the new government, hoping that it succeeds in leading Lebanon into the stage of salvation.
Hezbollah lawmaker underscored the importance the national dialogue and the participation of the various political parties in the new ruling system.
MP Raad underlined that the Zionist entity has been the catastrophe of the region as a front military base for the West which always plans to keep the Arab countries suffering from underdevelopment, oppression and wars.
The US administration blindly supported the Zionist genocidal war on Gaza, according to MP Raad who added that history will sincerely mention those who opposed the Israeli war on the Palestinian people.
MP Raad underscored that the stance of supporting Gaza becomes nobler as the sacrifices made for this sake gets heavier, adding that the martyrdom of Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah comes in this context.
MP Raad stressed that, despite all the enemy’s capabilities, it failed reach Litani River, and consequently Beirut because the heroic Islamic Resistance fighters bravely confronted the Zionist invasion.
Hezbollah lawmaker asserted that the Lebanese officials must take a firm stance that leads to the Zionist withdrawal from the five occupation positions which are still in South Lebanon.
MP Raad also called for ending the Iranian flights crisis away from the US dictates, underlining the importance of fraternal relations between Lebanon and Iran.
Prime Minister, Nawaf Salam, had presented the ministerial statement before Parliament, reaffirming the government’s commitment to protecting Lebanese freedoms, security, and fundamental rights.
