In this regard, Al-Qassam Brigades announced that its fighters successfully detonated a pre-planted minefield targeting a Zionist armored force, causing deaths and injuries, on Al-Awda Street east of Al-Farahin area, east of Khan Yunis.

“As part of the ‘Gates of Hell’ operation series, Al-Qassam fighters successfully lured a Zionist infantry unit consisting of 10 soldiers and two military dogs into a pre-prepared ambush rigged with several explosive devices. As the soldiers reached the kill zone of the ambush, the explosives were detonated, leaving the enemy troops killed and wounded near the Al-Mashru’ Junction east of Rafah city in southern Gaza. Our fighters observed the landing of enemy helicopters for evacuation. Clashes are still ongoing at the moment.”

Our fighters then advanced toward the targeted house and finished off the remaining members of the force at point-blank range using light weapons.”
