The Popular Mobilization Forces in Iraq liberated after hours of launching “Mohammad Rasulullah” operation on Sunday seven villages in Qairawan area west of Musol, leaving a large number of casualties in the ranks of the enemy.
The PMF proceeded for the tenth day in respective its operation “Mohammad Rasulullah” to liberate Qairawan area and the neighboring villages west Mosul on Sunday.
Iraqi sources stated that “the Popular Mobilization Forces, with the backup of Army Air Forces took off in different axes to strike the goals of the first page of “Mohammad Rasulullah” operation and to liberate Qairawan area and the villages and residential compounds surrounding it.”
The Popular Mobilization Forces succeeded in cutting the road of supply to ISIL between the villages of Al-Hatmiya and Tal-Qasab north Qairawan after a special operation, and liberated several villages.
The PMF had launched “Mohammad Rasulullah” operation on the 12th of May 2017 to liberate Qairawan area and the neighboring villages that are under the control of ISIL.
