The Syrian Army units in cooperation with the allies continued on Tuesday military operations against ISIL terrorists in the countryside of Palmyra, establishing control over an area of 100 square kilometers to the northeast of the city and chasing down terrorists from the area.
The Syrian army continued advancing in the area between Aleppo southeastern countryside and Raqqa western countryside, reaching Atherya-Rasafa-Raqqa highway.
