The Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) in Iraq marked its third anniversary, holding an official celebration which included a number of speeches made by its leaders.

PMF leader Sheikh Faleh Al-Fayyad stressed that PMF managed to regain Iraq’s awe and protect its integrity, noting that the popular forces represent a national guarantee against all dangers.

PMF deputy commander, Abu Mahdi Al-Mohandes, stressed that Iraq will turn to be a key force in fighting terror, asserting that ISIL’s epoch is over.

The head of the National Coalition Sayyed Ammar Hakim warned against the security breaches as the Iraqi forces are about to completely defeat ISIL, calling for alertness to face such dangers.

The Secretary General of  Asaib Ahl Haq (League of the Righteous) group Sheik Qais Khazaali asserted that all the attempts to dissolve PMF will fail, adding that the political victory must complement the military one.
