Syrian TV denied att dawn on Thursday that any of its military airbases in Hama or Homs were targeted.
The denial came after media outlets reported a huge blast was heard in Homs.
The state TV, quoted military sources as confirming that “none of our military airbases in the provinces of Homs and Hama was subjected to any attack.”
The sources noted that the sounds which were heard in Homs was a result of strikes carried out by Syrian air force against a post for terrorists in northern countryside of Homs.
