The international terror groups, after acknowledging their defeat in Syria and Iraq, set forming an international terror network as a priority as they are moving into Afghanistan where they will plan to launch attacks against Russia, the head of the Russian Security Service Alexander Portnikov.
Portnikov added that the terror groups in Syria and Iraq will move into Afghanistan where there are military posts for ISIL, noting that they plan attacks against Russia and Central Asia countries, including Iran, china and India.
