The Lebanese General Security units in Bekaa dismantled in Bekaa an ISIL terror cell composed of 3 Syrians recruiting other members to strike Lebanese army posts.
The terrorist group planned to stir sedition between the Lebanese army and Hezbollah by leaving traces of involvement at the scenes of the bombings to accuse the party of committing them.
Al-Manar sources mentioned that the terrorist group managed to make and prepare explosives and poisons, training the recruits to use them.
