Israeli Injuries Hit 8,692 as Hezbollah Keeps Up Cross-Border Attacks

Nine new injuries were reported in “Israel” over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of Israeli casualties since the Israeli war on Iran began on February 28, 2026, to 8,692 as of Tuesday, May 12, according to an update from the ‘Israeli Ministry’ of Health.

In a detailed breakdown, the enemy ministry confirmed that 791 injured individuals have been admitted to Israeli hospitals from the northern front since the ceasefire with Iran took effect on April 8. Additionally, 373 casualties have been recorded from the northern front since the ceasefire with Lebanon on April 17.

The rising toll among occupation forces comes as the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon continues to carry out operations in response to ‘Israel’s’ repeated ceasefire violations and its ongoing aggression against Lebanese areas, particularly in the south.

Resistance fighters are actively targeting gatherings of occupation soldiers and military vehicles, ambushing their forces, and striking enemy positions as well as settlements in northern occupied Palestine.

Meanwhile, Israeli media and military officials have privately acknowledged that no effective solution has been found to counter Hezbollah’s explosive-laden drones and vehicles. These weapons continue to hit their intended targets with precision, inflicting mounting losses on occupation forces amid ongoing confrontations in southern Lebanon.
