Lebanon’s General Security Monday arrested a Syrian on charges of belonging to ISIL terrorist organization and providing it with logistic support.
The National News Agency reported the arrest of Syrian A.D. by the apparatus.
It said that the suspect admitted to the charges and to being involved with a Lebanese identified as K.A. in providing militants with logistic support and a field hospital equipment on the outskirts of the northeastern border town of Arsal.
The suspect was referred to the judiciary and investigative work was underway to arrest other involved persons, NNA reported.
