Lebanon registered 26 COVID-19 deaths and 570 new cases over the past 24 hours, the Health Ministry announced in its daily report on Sunday.
The total number of cases since the virus was first detected in the country in February last year rose to 532,839, according to figures released by the Health Ministry.
The report added that the number of PCR tests conducted will be released in Monday’s report.
According to the report, 26 new coronavirus-related death cases were registered. The total number of fatalities now stands at 7,486.
