Lebanon recorded on Sunday 307 new coronavirus cases and 18 related deaths, Ministry of Public Health announced.

304 new infections were recorded among local residents, while the other 3 cases were imported, the ministry said in its daily report, putting the total infections nationwide since February 2020 to 535,753.

18 new fatalities were registered over the past 24 hours, raising the nationwide death toll to 7,620, the ministry stated.

Lebanon has been in the latest weeks recording three-digit-number infections, after registering for long weeks four-digit-number infections. Fatalities has also declined, after reaching high figures on daily basis.
