The Israeli occupation escalated its daily violations of Lebanese sovereignty on Saturday, launching fresh aerial assaults that struck both civilian areas and Lebanese Army positions in southern Lebanon.
An Israeli drone fired two missiles near a Lebanese Army post along the Markaba–Tallousah road. No casualties were reported among military personnel or civilians.
In a related incident, another hostile drone targeted a civilian vehicle in the town of Khartoum, in the Saida District, causing material damage but no injuries. The deliberate targeting of civilian infrastructure marks a dangerous escalation, posing a direct threat to the lives of non-combatants.

On the ground, Al-Manar’s correspondent reported that Israeli occupation forces stationed at the Ramtha post opened heavy machine gun fire toward the outskirts of Kfar Shouba, in blatant violation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701, which mandates a cessation of hostilities in southern Lebanon.
In a notable development, an Israeli reconnaissance drone equipped with a loudspeaker was observed flying over the Majidiyeh area and its surrounding fields. The drone broadcast direct threats to local farmers, warning them against the use of motorcycles—an apparent attempt to impose a de facto blockade and restrict daily agricultural activity.
These repeated aggressions form part of a broader Israeli policy of pressure and escalation. Despite the mounting attacks and threats, the people of southern Lebanon continue to stand firm—upholding their right to their land and to live in safety.
